    When is the expected shipping date for my order?

    If your order has been marked as 'approved', this indicates that we are currently in the process of preparing your product for shipment. Generally, it takes from 11 to 15 business days to receive an order. If the order is out of stock, or there is another problem preventing shipping within 2-4 days after the order is placed, an automatic refund for the order will be issued.

    Will all my orders be dispatched in one shipment?

    Warehouses are often based in different locations, which means that items ordered together are typically dispatched separately.

    Nevertheless, there are exceptions to this rule:
    If you purchase multiple items from the same warehouse, they might be packaged together.
    If you order several items close in time, these orders might be combined - meaning they are packed into one larger parcel and shipped as a unit.
    The likelihood of your orders being consolidated increases with the number of items you buy simultaneously. However, it's difficult to guarantee consolidation until the items are actually on their way. Should consolidation occur, such orders will appear in your purchase history with a shared tracking number.

    My order has not arrived. What steps should I take?

    Important to know:
    A.V. will neither process a refund nor resend the item if the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered.

    When is the optimal time to report items not delivered?
    We recommend reporting undelivered items between 11 to 16 business days following the change in your order status to "approved". This time frame allows for the most accurate assessment and response to your situation.

    Should you encounter a situation where your package has not arrived, we kindly request that you obtain a Non-Delivery Certificate from your local post office, bearing an official seal. Once you have this certificate, please take a photocopy and email it to us at a.v.customerinfo@gmail.com, including your order number in your correspondence.

    Our team is committed to reviewing your submission diligently and will respond within one to five business days. Depending on the outcome of our review, you will be eligible for one of the following resolutions:
    - A full refund of your purchase.
    - A partial refund.
    - Reshipment of your original order at no additional cost to you.

    If you notice that an item expected in a consolidated parcel is missing or damaged, please reach out to our customer support team immediately.

    If you encounter an incomplete package, wrong item or damaged product follow these steps:
    1. Record a video of you unboxing the product.
    2. Within the video, please display the contents of the box and showcase the product from every angle.
    3. Take extra photos for further evidence.
    4. Summarize the issue in brief sentences.
    5. Forward your complaint with the order number and accompanying media to the email address a.v.customerinfo@gmail.com.
